Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule a call, this call will be a brief consultation.
The consultation will allow us to determine if your concerns are within my scope. I’ll answer questions around scheduling, therapy style, payment, & insurance and if it feels like a match I will send you the onboarding forms to schedule you in for the full intake session :)
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page, phone call, or email. I aim to respond quickly and I usually can connect within one business day.

While I love working with all clients, children and adolescents (less than 18 years of age) are outside of my scope of practice.

While I do my best to ensure pricing is affordable, due to the nature of therapy and preparation for therapeutic work, there are some price differences based on session length, therapeutic service, and coverage type such as if you decide to use In-Network (INN) benefits, Out-of-Network (OON) reimbursement, or prefer to select the Private Pay option.
55min Individual Session: Varies depending on a few factors such as if you prefer to use insurance, use Out of Network Benefits or decide to go Private Pay Only.
Insurance: Please scroll down to find Insurances I am currently In-Network (INN) with.
Out Of Network: $200 for intake and $150 per session (Superbill option is available and more information down below)
Private Pay: $200 for intake and $150 per session
Couples Therapy: Due to the nature of couples therapy and work that goes into couples, I am not in network with insurance for couples. I am able to do Superbills for OON reimbursement or Private Pay
55min. Couples Therapy:
$300 for Intake and $250 per session
90min. Couples Therapy:

Totally valid question and let me demystify the process for you.
Our first therapy session will be the same for both individual therapy and couples therapy as this will be our intake session. Our intake session will last about an hour and it will be a way for me to better understand your needs, presenting concerns, go over confidentiality and any administrative questions. This will also allow us to determine if there are any risk factors or concerns that may need to be attended to prior to working with me or if you may need to be referred to another provider.
This session also allows us to explore your unique history, symptoms, family and relationships, as well as goal setting for therapy.
-
It depends! While I know that is probably not the answer you were hoping for, each person has a different presentation and concerns, different goals, and as a result your needs may require more or less time in therapy.
My goal is never to keep you here indefinitely but rather I want to make sure you walk away from therapy with the tools, processing skills, and experience to be able to do the hard work on your own so that there is longer term symptom relief, accountability, and sustainable mental health progress for you.
That being said, life is unexpected and at times schedules may need to be realigned, finances may become an obstacle, insurances may change, relocation may happen, or the fit of therapy may not be compatible with your own goals, that is okay.
For the most part, the majority of my clients work with me for about 1-3 years, some leave sooner, others last longer, and others return later on in life after taking a pause, it is all up to you and where you want to go :)
-
It depends but for the most part my couples therapy approach is not meant to be long term.
My approach to couples therapy is collaborative but also structured in a manner where some sessions will be heavily activity focused, some sessions will require one on one sessions with each partner, and other times we will be delving into deep relationship history, goal setting, and having honest conversations about the state of your relationship and future.
This allows us to explore themes, emotions, behaviors, and interventions that on average allows us to make significant progress in 6 months to 1 year.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give their patients or clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
